The location was great, with an underground station close to the hotel. It was in a quiet street. There were extremely comfy beds and a safe, an iron, and a hair dryer inside the room.

The place was gorgeous and nicely presented and the staff were consistently courteous, the location was excellent next to the tube & bus station. Our spotless and updated room was equipped with the basics like a safe box, an iron, and a hair dryer. The bed was extremely comfy, we really enjoyed it. The daily service was excellent! Plus their wifi was great.
Shame the bathroom was a bit small.

There were very uncomfortable beds.

The location was quiet and top for us - close to restaurants and bars. The management was very friendly and especially helpful, as well as the staff.
